Handmade internal fire door sets using Palusol® SW Fire Resistant panelling, tested and approved to BS 476 Part 22: 1987 and supplied by Mann McGowan.
Palusol SW is a ready-made laminated board material that can be used to manufacture both flat and raised and fielded fire resisting panelled doors. Tests have been successfully conducted on both 30 and 60-minute door constructions.
The 10mm panels are supplied with all necessary intumescent components, including seals for hinges, locks and other ironmongery, as well as fire-resistant glazing systems if required.
Internal door sets are available in 45mm only.
We supply each door & frameset for your carpenter to fit with all the ironmongery included and will be supplied primed.
Nationwide delivery is available.
We are also able to create handmade wooden internal doors and frames without the fire insular material.
Internal door sets are made from Tulip Wood and MDF inset panels. To learn more about our standard wooden door sets, call the team on 01993 851986.
